    In the world of online retailing, understanding consumer behaviour has never been more important. With this in mind, CBRE surveyed 10,000 consumers in 10 European countries to discover where and how they shop. Our initial findings were published in the report 'How We Shop – Inside the Minds of Europe's Consumer'. Now we have examined consumers' demographic profile (age profile, gender and income) and how this is influencing current and likely future shopper behaviour. These findings were presented alongside a panel of industry experts
